How  You Can  Help

Support Our Fundraising Efforts

Funds raised by GBRC are primarily used for projects that benefit Goose Bay such as the
recent GLRI milfoil control project, and the boat stewardship program. GBRC funds are
important seed money used to solicit the larger amounts of funding that are necessary
to have a meaningful impact on the health of the Bay.

other projects that benefit Goose Bay.

Volunteer

GBRC needs volunteers to help with technical support, grant writing, resident and
government outreach, fundraising, and execution of mitigation projects. We also need
people who would like to participate as board members. Volunteer activities include
project support such as weed surveys and water sampling; liaison with local and state
officials, government agencies, and funding sources; and research related to long term
     degradation of Goose Bay.
